The other day, I was at a friend’s house and saw the incredibly beautiful historical tiles she had in the hallway. I don’t often knit patterned stitches, but those tiles inspired me to create a series of accessories. You start at the fingertips and knit upwards with one strand of each quality. 80 cm long circular needle size 4.5 mm. If you are using interchangeable circular needles, we recommend using one tip size 4.5 mm and one tip size 3 mm.
Size 3 mm needle for ribbing, either long circular or double-pointed needles
24 stitches of textured stitch pattern with one strand of each quality on size 4.5 mm needle = 10 cm
